Outdoor Rink – Now Open

The outdoor rink is now open for all to use free of charge. Many thanks to John Bitchok for volunteering countless hours to flood the rink and restring the nets!

The outdoor rink will be open from 4:30 pm – 10:30 pm weekdays and 9:30 am – 10:30 pm weekend and holidays

The outdoor rink can be booked for special events, Please contact the ice convener for details

New Complex Update

The CCLCC Board met with our MLA Ron Lemieux, Members of Council (Bill Heater, Ross Deschambault, Steven Stein) to discuss the proposed new complex and the proposed RM office / library.  Towers Engineering presented the conceptual plan or future

footprint proposed by the CCLCC. The CCLCC and Towers will be making a presentation to Council in January urging them to consider one multi complex instead of the planned RM Office/Library to be located on the CCLCC property.  We are proposing to incorporate both plans into one multi complex that will meet the needs of the community for years to come.  I encourage you to call your councilors and voice your opinion.

Public Skating – during the Christmas break
Indoor skating will be 1-2:30 pm daily over the Christmas break
The indoor rink will be closed Dec 24,25,26,31,  January 1

Bookings and Rentals

The upstairs hall and curling lobby are available for bookings during the year. They are great for holding birthday parties, family get together’ s or team events. Curling and Arena Ice may be booked for private function upon availability.
